Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 3–12 business days depending on destination.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking and ensuring successful delivery or pickup.

If a delivery attempt fails or the package is held at a pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting the package within the carrier’s specified timeframe.

If the package is not collected and is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Once a package is marked as delivered or available for pickup by the carrier, we are not responsible for failed collection or missed delivery attempts.
